Rowdy Roxie is a bossy, rowdy, rough and tumble girl. She is fearless about trying new things, and is often a ringleader in the group's misadventures.

Double Dare Dalvin loves to dare other kids to do things. He challenges other campers with his "Triple Dog Dare" which usually lands them into trouble.

Sticky Stanley has a weakness for candy and any sticky, sweet treats-it's all he ever thinks about. He can never stay clean. Unfortunately, he is also the world's messiest eater, so he is always sticky and sloppy.

Careful Katie is the most conscientious camper around. She is always watching out for other campers and is hilariously over-prepared for every situation. Her catch phrase is BE CAREFUL!

Brian Z is the narrator of the Camp Wacki Kooki story tapes, so the stories are seen through his eyes. He is a Camp Wacki Kooki character, but in most stories he assumes the role of amused observer.

Crazy Harold is the head counselor at Camp Wacki Kooki. A big kid himself, Crazy Harold is a cool counselor, but a little daffy. Though he is in charge of his "Kooki Campers," he sometimes finds himself wrapped up in the kids' antics.
