Brian Czock is an Emmy Award winning children's program producer and host.
Brian has worked in children's programming since 1991 and is known as Brian 'Z' to his fans of all ages. He believes that entertaining young people with fun and exciting value-based messages can be a positive reinforcement for important pro-social skills.
Brian has been awarded local, regionally and nationally for his contributions to children's television. He has won four Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television, Arts and Sciences, Chicago/Midwest - one for Outstanding Program Host (non-news) 1997, two for Outstanding Achievement in Children's Television Program and one for Best Program Host (non news) 1996. He was nominated for The National Emmy Award for Community Service, 1997 for his work in children's television. Brian has also been awarded The 'Best of the Best' in Service to Children's Television and Best Community Service Project by the National Association of Broadcasting. The Minnesota Broadcasting Association awarded Brian Best Children's Television Program 1995, Best Children's Television Program 1996, as well as Best Public Service Campaign. He has also received two Telly Awards for Outstanding Children's Programming 1995 and Outstanding Children's Program 1996. Brian was also recognized for Outstanding Achievement by the Partnership for a Drug-Free America.
In addition to Czock's work in children's television, he also works with several non-profit organizations: Board member for D.A.R.E., The United Negro College Fund, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Leukemia Society, The Minnesota Cystic Fibrosis Organization, Special Olympics, and the Children's Miracle Network.
